Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days from Ireland, PokiPair Store (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number if you chose tracked shipped.

Pre-Order
Please note that if your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items become available. If you require the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items. Shipping times for pre-ordered items are estimates and may vary based on availability and manufacturer timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Back-Order
Please note that if your order includes both back-ordered and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the back-ordered items become available. If you require the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items. Shipping times for back-ordered items are estimates and may vary based on availability and manufacturer timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We ship from China monthly and usually receive items the first or second week of the following month. We encourage you to join our Discord to receive realtime updates on monthly orders.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use AnPost (Ireland’s Postal Company) for items below €100 in value and DHL for items over €100 in value.

International Shipping
International shipping rate ONLY covers the postage, customs fee and import taxes could be billed to you upon delivery. Delivery rejection by you does not qualify for a full refund, a 10% restocking fee will incur under this situation.

 

Returns and refunds 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the SAME CONDITIONS that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately once you see any issue with your order so we can work to rectify it. 

Damages and Issues
Please RECORD your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Return is unacceptable if no recorded video is provided to support.

PokiPair Store sells Sealed Products, PokiPair Store is not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents this can include but is not limited to the following:

  • Small rips to the plastic
  • Dings on corners
  • Scuffs to the plastic
  • Any other imperfections to the packaging material

The contents are packaged by the manufacture and any indiscretions is out of our control.

Trading Card Games (TCG)
Trading cards and products containing trading cards are sold as is. Package condition may vary.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order, you can do so at any point up until the order has been shipped. Cancellations come with a full refund. Should we have already shipped your item, please refer to the ‘Returns and refunds’ section above.

Delayed orders

Should an order be delayed in dispatch, the customer has the right to cancel at any point up until shipping has occurred. Please reference the ‘Cancellations’ section above. Should an item be delayed beyond a reasonable time frame in shipping itself, PokiPair Store will work on the behalf of the customer to seek compensation from the shipping company and pass this on to the customer should they be successful in the appeal. Notmally 10 days has to pass before this is possible. No compensation is guaranteed in these instances. Should you be unhappy with a delay please contact us, or see the ‘Returns’ section above.
